6. User-Generated Content

By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Platafin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Platafin to use your User-Generated Content as described herein. You agree that you will not submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. By submitting User-Generated Content, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for such content and any consequences of submitting it. Platafin is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.

In no event shall Platafin’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service, without prior notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any content associated with it.
